Coffee & sundae very tasty. Points are deducted because the service could be nicer and because they supposedly are not allowed to hand out a menu in the café (because of Corona?) And you have to decide what you want in front of the door. 😃

Ice cream tastes like nothing, not even a deco-waffle 1.20 per ball !? (Cookies tastes like nothing at all 1 piece of biscuit in it) Melon at first delicious but after 3 spoons it tasted nothing at all? Hazelnut not even standard. Only good is probably the bittersweet. Even when eating there I was already disappointed several times. Service every time a face pulled, absolutely rude. Worst ice cream parlor in alsfeld!

Ice cream was fine, nothing special, but for the upscale price segment. The service was friendly, but outrageously long waiting times. There are enough alternatives in the region that offer better service.

Had a bad experience! Wanted me today 18.5.19 at Eiscafe Na Piazza buy a ice cream cone with an ice cream lemon. Had a 10 cent piece and the others all 5 cent pieces. The ice should cost 1 euro and 20 cents. When I asked if you would take my change, I got an answer from the staff: "No, she had enough change, she put the ice ball back and left me in. Unbelievable, I was so angry, I will not go there anymore Our state has brought the small change out and I did not want to buy anything that would have cost 5 or 10 euros, so they also have a commitment to pay their way, that's my opinion, but if you make so much money that they do not need it also to take change and prefer to offend customers, I must not be surprised that many of my circle of acquaintances who were also allowed to make bad experiences, not even go there .. In my opinion go there only tourists and Merkel's guests I find it very unpleasant for Merkel's guests to loiter around in the chairs to take their time. It has come so far that Germans live in their own country are not served only because they are not as rich as Merkel's guests. Personally, I suspect the pay with big bills, because you do not need our small change anymore. Sad but true! I can only recommend to anyone there not to go there anymore and not to support that! This is my personal opinion on the subject.

Location right on the market square is very nice, prices for the province raised 1.50 euros / ball. Ice cream cups usually from 6.90 euros (also spaghetti ice cream), espresso 2.00 euros, cappuchino 2.40 euros. Unfortunately, the quality of the ice cream was mediocre (pistachio, vanilla, mango) - it tasted partly very artificial (mango) or very flat (vanilla, pistachio). It creates the impression that here in the production with cheapest ingredients - artificial flavors is worked. At least I would not go back to eat ice cream.

Very nice ice cream parlor directly on the market square. Friendly staff and fast service. No waiting because there are enough service staff. The espresso is a poem!

An operation for outdoor and indoor together, the correspondingly long waiting times. The ice cream was very good in taste, the portions for the price but unfortunately quite small. Therefore only a rather mediocre rating.
